Commercial Scheduling Executive, Communicorp

Reporting of the Role

This role reports to Commercial Scheduling Team Leader

Overview of job

You will be responsible for log generation and commercial output of some of our biggest Brands. By optimisation and manipulation you will work towards the best achievable schedule, whilst meeting campaign deliverables, industry & internal guidelines and best possible listener experience.

Measure of success -

In the first few months, you would have:

  • Commercial log generation and manipulation to the most effective schedule.

  • Commercial log validation, reconciliation and reconciliation investigation.

  • To monitor inventory usage and adhere to Inventory requests in line with demand.

  • To monitor advertiser and product clashes on the commercial log.

  • Work with our Third Party clients to deliver high levels of customer service. 

  • Ensure high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ensure that the delivery of commercial and programming messages create the optimum listening experience.

  • Ensure the minutage and break policies for each brand are adhered to.

  • Deliver industry agreed accountability guidelines.

  • To adhere to and follow scheduling practices and procedures.
