OUR SUMMER SQUAD

This is a summer contract that will give you valuable exposure and skill-building opportunities within several of our departments. Salt XC’s Summer Squad will consist of a 4-month long contract, full-time hours, from May to August 2026, with the opportunity for a contract extension beyond this date.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Summer Squad “Accounts” Team roles are perfect for marketers who want to grow their skills as a marketing generalists through supporting experiential marketing projects. At your core, you are project and event coordinator that loves thinking about the event details. You’ll be working in a collaborative team environment on your account, bringing your project to life with the help of several other departments at Salt.
As an Account Coordinator, no two weeks will ever be quite the same. This is a role for candidates who love a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll enjoy a mix of time in-office and in-field, overseeing the production and execution of activations all summer.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $40,000–$47,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, level of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs.
