Unit Overview:
The Med/Surg Float Pool offers RNs the opportunity to work across a variety of units, including Oncology, Post-Surgical, Medicine, Mental Health, Orthopedics, Neuro/Spine & Rehab. This dynamic environment enables nurses to care for diverse patient populations with a wide range of diagnoses and disease processes, thereby establishing a solid foundation of experience.

Differential pay is available for float pool, evenings, nights, and weekend shifts.
Work Schedule:
0.75 FTE (60 hours every two-week schedule)
12-hour day/night shifts, every third weekend

Job Description:
Nursing is the assessment and treatment of human response to actual or potential health problems. This includes establishing an intentional therapeutic relationship between a registered nurse and a patient and family. As a leader and the integrator of care, the professional nurse has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for planning, coordinating and evaluating the patient’s care needs.
Provides nursing care across patient care departments in alignment with the nurses experience and competencies.

Pay Range: $41.67 to $69.39 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
