As the India Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across all levels and functions within NXP's India operations. You will lead a team of recruiters, drive innovation in our hiring processes, and partner closely with business leaders to meet our ambitious growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust talent acquisition strategy for India, aligned with global TA initiatives and NXP's business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs, anticipate future requirements, and provide strategic guidance on market trends and talent availability.

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key talent acquisition KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local labor laws, NXP's internal policies, and best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a management role, preferably within a large, multinational technology or semiconductor company.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a wide range of roles, including highly technical engineering positions (hardware, software, firmware), R&D, operations, and corporate functions.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in developing, coaching, and motivating recruitment professionals.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into effective talent acquisition strategies and execute them successfully.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and report on recruitment performance.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) tools.
  • Deep understanding of the talent landscape in India, including key talent pools, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices.
