Boeing Aerospace OperationsThe Boeing Company is seeking a Site Manager to oversee F-22 flight simulator operations at Tyndall AFB, FL. The Site Manager will be responsible for all aspects of site operations and will lead the team of assigned Boeing personnel. This position will split time between management and technician duties.
Due to the geographic isolation of the site and time zone differences, the site manager is entrusted to represent The Boeing Company to the USAF customers on a 24/7/365 basis with minimal real-time oversight from Senior Management.
The site manager will lead the team to ensure contractual availability, security, and safety requirements are met or exceeded. The manager will work with the local contracting officer's representative and local base leadership to identify and resolve simulator system, facility, and personnel issues.
