The Client Services Analyst delivers excellence in customer service to agents, insureds, claimants and others business partners for billing inquiries. Performs the daily workflow transactions including responding to agents and insured billing inquiries, processing payments, and completing tasks with the billing and finance departments.

 

This position will be with National Indemnity Company in Omaha NE, and be hybrid after 6 months. This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.

What will you do? 

  • Provide excellent customer service to agents, insureds, claimants, and others for billing and inquiries. Gathers information from the caller relating to the details of the inquiry.

  • Respond to level one and two inquiries via phone or email as permitted by Company guidelines.

  • Participates in the testing of computer applications. Reports errors in the software and tests the products as necessary to fix outstanding issues.

  • Acts as first point of contact with agency and insured customers via telephone, e-mail or other communication, gathering necessary information to help provide answers to questions and solve problems.

  • TRAINING: Assists management and department trainer to instruct new client services specialists in the onboarding process. Trains other team members on updated and new processes and procedures. "

 

What are we looking for? 

  • Bachelor degree in business or related field or equivalent

  • Ability to do basic math

  • 1-2 years related customer service work experience
