Responsibilities:

• A: Accountable for global project management process documentatation
• Support and guide all stakeholders of VCProMaP
• Plan, execute and monitor process improvement initiatives/projects
• Prepare, Support and Drive managing change requests from BU's and SuF
• Oversee and analyze new business process implementation
• Design, implement and update training material
• Conduct end user training (Target group: Newjoiners)
• Manage database of recorded trainings
• Train the trainers (normally key users and window persons)
• Ownership of training executions done by the trainers
• Partnership with HR on training strategy and execution (LMS when applicable)
• Roll out of new PM Trainings

• B: Ensure standard reporting and formats for project management.
• defining, Tracking and reporting on all KPIs.
• Providing materials to support training events.
• Prepare reports for project management analysis and data collection for use throughout the organization.
• Maintain databases and perform necessary updates to ensure accuracy.
• Regularly review data reports to find and correct errors.
• Prepare business reports that provide insight into key data points.
• Communicate results of data analysis in written and verbal form to executives.
• Assisting various departments in achieving their goals through analytics.
• Monitoring data to identify changes and trends.
• Benchmarking regarding project management Reporting & Analytics  tools in the market
• Align with Head of PMO and PMO Regions and global functions
• Define templates for documentation of communication, escalation and VC ProMaP deliverables according to the RACI logic

• C: For AS EU in alignment with PMO EU and other Regions      
•  Accountable for professionalization and standardization of Project Management according to Project Management Handbook
• Implement project management processes, systems/ tools and control mechanisms to enhance and standardize Project Management
• Ensure project management control and escalation, tracks all project KPIs
• Provide guidance and systems for VC ProMaP
• Enable continuous improvement and updates processes, systems, tools
• alignment with global PMO functions and other PMO Regions
• Multi Project Board implementation and support
• Trains staff of Tech Center on project management methodology and software
• Define templates for documentation of communication, escalation and VC ProMaP deliverables according to the RACI logic
• Benchmarking regarding project management methodology and tools in the market
• Drive discussions and workshops for continuous improvement of VC ProMaP

Qualifications:

• A+C: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Technical Field

• B: Bachelor's degree in business management or similar

• A:3+ years' experience as Data Analyst/Management Reporting

• In-depth knowlege of relevant industry processes.

• Demonstrated experience as a reporting analyst.

• Knowledge of appropriate data analysis techniques.

• B: 3 years Automotive Experience

• 2 years Project management experience - Leading cross functional teams

• A: Deep knowledge of the VCProMap Method

  Moderation and Training skills

• B: Analytical skills that enable the development of data-driven reports

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate data to employees

• Excellent critical thinking skills to solve business problems and make decisions and Aptitude for paying close attention to small details that can impact results

• C: Deep knowledge of the VCProMap Process

  PMI certification preferred

• Fluent in English

• Moderation and facilitation skills, negotiation skills, IT affinity
