The Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team is accountable for the development, implementation and ongoing management of the group’s financial crime compliance program. FCC leads the Group’s approach to managing AML / CTF, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, and Anti-Tax Evasion Facilitation risks and obligations.
Do work that matters
Reporting directly to the FCC Senior Manager, Capability (Learning, Development and Delivery), the FCC Senior Analyst, Capability is responsible for the design and development of innovative, blended training solutions that enhance workforce capability.
The role also supports evidence-based evaluation of training initiatives and ensures accurate reporting and administration to ensure programs are delivered effectively and measured consistently.
While the primary focus is on training design and evaluation, the role also provides communications support.
More specifically you will:
Design and develop high-quality blended learning solutions that combine eLearning, virtual, and face-to-face delivery methods
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to make sure content is relevant, engaging, and performance driven
Implement evidence-based evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training solutions and identify opportunities for improvement
Manage the administration of training programs, including scheduling, coordination, and record-keeping
Produce accurate, timely reports and dashboards to track participation, completion, and impact of programs
Support the Senior Manager & Manager, Capability in monitoring progress against objectives and identifying opportunities for improvement
Contribute to continuous improvement by adopting innovative approaches to design, communication, and reporting
Draft clear and engaging communications to support capability initiatives when required
We’re interested in hearing from people who have
Experience in blended training design and creating programs across multiple delivery modes (eLearning, virtual, and face-to-face)
Solid administration and reporting skills, with the ability to generate meaningful insights through dashboards and other reporting tools
Familiarity of training processes, with attention to accuracy, compliance, and impact measurement
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proactive with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Certifications in instructional design, learning evaluation, or program measurement (Desirable)
Financial crime experience is desirable, but not essential
Familiarity with online design and content creation tools, such as: Articulate 360, (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Video editing and production tools (Camtasia or similar), Project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
