Flow Traders is looking for a Relationship Manager to join our growing Digital Assets team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate is organised, meticulous and passionate about the Crypto industry. This role involves streamlining counterparty interactions, improving response times, enhancing onboarding efficiency, and optimising internal workflows

What You Will Do

• Act as the primary contact for counterparties
• Maintain and update Affinity, Jira, and Flownet, ensuring clear documentation and follow-ups on counterparties
• Coordinate with OTC and trading teams to align pricing, execution, and counterparty needs
• Own the day-to-day counterparty management process, reducing trading desk distractions
• Ensure clear handover across regions (USA → APAC → EMEA → USA) to maintain round-the-clock coverage
• Escalate only critical issues to the operations shift or trading desk, preventing unnecessary disruptions
• Coordinate and execute client events and network opportunities to promote Flow Traders presence in the digital assets space

What You Need to Succeed

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in institutional high-touch sales and relationship management with a trading firm, bank, or broker dealer in global markets
• Track record of excellence in managing institutional relationships
• Strong interest in crypto and an understanding of crypto market structure
• Proven team-player with ability to work effectively across time zones in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• High sense of urgency, self-motivation and entrepreneurship
• Data-driven approach to decision making and priority setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Well-organized with a proven ability to prioritize and multitask
• Initiative and experience independently driving projects to completion
