Job Responsibilities:

Quality Coordination

  • Coordinate quality objectives and distribute operational tasks within the Quality team
  • Provide support to cross-functional and project teams
  • Ensure alignment with customer-specific requirements

Project Launch Quality (APQP/PPAP)

  • Ensure quality assurance during project launch according to APQP/RGA and PPAP/PPA standards
  • Prepare PPAP documentation (Control Plans, Quality Instructions, and other mandatory quality elements)
  • Monitor inspections, testing, and measurements according to defined frequencies

Serial Production Quality

  • Execute containment activities and lead corrective actions
  • Perform Layered Process Audits (LPA) according to audit schedules
  • Maintain and update Control Plans and production documentation

Non-Conforming Product Management

  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
  • Participate in cross-functional PCA development and implementation
  • Manage non-conforming raw materials, components, and finished goods in line with Magna procedures
  • Maintain records and provide data for quality cost reporting

Customer Complaints

  • Lead customer complaint and warranty handling using the 8D problem-solving methodology
  • Provide regular status reports to management
