Summary: As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for defining the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve documenting the implementation of cloud security controls and transitioning to cloud security-managed operations. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's data and infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: -Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of SIEM analysts and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement the SIEM strategy in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Incident Response: Oversee the incident response process, ensuring timely and effective management of security incidents and breaches. Threat Detection: Continuously refine and optimize SIEM configurations and rules to improve threat detection and response capabilities. Integration: Collaborate with other IT and security teams to integrate security technologies and threat intelligence into the SIEM environment. Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for executive leadership, highlighting security incidents, trends, and compliance status. Policy Development: Establish and enforce security policies and procedures related to SIEM operations, incident management, and compliance. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of the SIEM’s effectiveness and recommend enhancements or changes as needed. Budget Management: Participate in budget planning for SIEM tools, personnel, and training initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) - Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and architecture - Experience in implementing and managing cloud security controls - Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and vulnerability testing - Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in cloud security Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
