Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Leader to join our dynamic Cabin, Modifications and Maintenance marketing team. As an integral part of our team, you will lead our marketing communications (marcom) planning and execution across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Build comprehensive marcom strategy for the CMM portfolio that aligns with the organization’s overall goals and objectives
    • Conduct market research, identify target audiences, set objectives, and determine the appropriate mix of marcom elements
    • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
    • Facilitate work activities across functional stakeholders
  • Message Development:
    • Craft compelling and consistent marketing messages that resonate with the target audience. This includes understanding the unique selling propositions of products or services and communicating them effectively through various channels.
  • Creative Development:
    • Collaborate with creative teams or agencies to develop visually appealing and engaging content, including advertisements, graphics, videos, and other marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing Execution:
    • Implement digital marketing strategies, such as managing social media accounts, optimizing websites for search engines, creating and distributing content, running online advertising campaigns, and analyzing digital marketing metrics.
  • Event Planning and Execution:
    • Organize and manage events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, or sponsorships. This involves coordinating logistics, designing event materials, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a smooth execution.
  • Performance Management and Analysis:
    • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marcom activities through various metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, sales, and return on investment (ROI). This helps in optimizing future marketing efforts and making data-driven decisions.
  • Innovation & Growth:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing planning, strategy, and execution.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences, including executives.
  • Strong skills in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating large volumes of information with precision and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter that is assertive, organized, collaborative and possesses a high degree of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven track record of working closely with sales teams and product marketers to shape strategic initiatives.

Typical Education/ Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).

Average Pay Summary: $118,150 - $159,850

  $150,450 - $203,550
