As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will design omni-channel creative in support of our internal communications. You recognize that there couldn’t be a better time to join this team, as we grow and redefine how we help align, engage and inspire Capital Group’s associates around the world.

You will be excited to play an integral part in planning and executing programs and campaigns that support Capital’s long-term strategy plan while aligning associates around business priorities. You stand out for your visual storytelling and can translate ideas into infographics, animations, presentations or videos. You understand audience needs and create designs that communicate and inspire. You can manage multiple projects and have a sense of urgency that matches the pace of our internal business and external markets. You enjoy collaborating with your team, internal clients, and external vendors to achieve the best outcomes possible.

  • You have experience working on campaigns, events, or large-scale programs
  • You will work with the communication’s team to develop materials that are emotionally resonate, visually impactful, and designed across the end-to-end associate journey
  • You will create omni-channel design deliverables and artifacts
  • Deliverables can include infographics, email graphics, social assets, digital assets, campaign landing pages, presentations, video, animations, display ads, printed literature, photography and brochures
  • You can drive design strategy and influence decision making within a project or campaign
  • You can bring senior-level leadership and a consultative approach when collaborating with others
  • You can ensure that the design touchpoints are aligned to brand guidelines and design standards
  • You will partner with cross-functional members from web authoring and IT to understand the technical capabilities and best practices for creating digital experiences for company intranet and internal landing pages
  • You can develop, present, and communicate design concepts, strategy and recommendations, using design language and rationale backed by best practices, research, and data
  • You have a sense of urgency that matches the pace of internal business groups and external markets
  • You provide leadership and direction to contract or agency partners
  • You stay informed of design trends, frameworks, and methods – and enjoy bringing them back to the team to share and explore new ways of working
  • You will participate in team events, critiques and meetings

Orange County Base Salary Range: $95,066-$152,106

‎ 

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $102,722-$164,355

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
