We're currently looking for Senior Consultant Workday Talent & Performance, who will act as the senior subject matter expert and product owner for Workday Talent & Performance. Own the roadmap, configuration, release management, and optimization of goals, check-ins, reviews, calibration, and succession capabilities. Partner with HR, People Leaders, and IT to drive adoption, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility:

  • Own Workday Talent & Performance configuration, including business processes, security, domains, and calculated fields.

  • Design and run annual and continuous performance cycles; enable goal alignment and feedback practices.

  • Lead change requests end-to-end: impact assessment, design, build, test, deployment, and documentation.

  • Drive calibration and talent review processes, including talent pools and succession planning.

  • Build reports and dashboards; define KPIs (completion rates, quality of feedback, calibration outcomes).

  • Partner with HRBPs and People Leaders to co-create policies and operating guidelines.

  • Coordinate with Integrations team for downstream systems.

  • Lead Release Management for Talent & Performance (R1/R2): assess features, drive adoption.

Your Skills and Expertise: 

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience with strong focus on Talent & Performance (certification preferred).

  • Proven delivery of at least two end-to-end implementations or multiple complex enhancements in production.

  • Expertise in Workday security, business processes, reporting, and calculated fields.

  • Familiarity with EIB/Studio/PECI and integration patterns; understanding of data privacy (GDPR).

  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills; ability to translate business needs into scalable design.

  • Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking adoption/experience KPIs.
