About the Role: 

We are looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer to drive the development of high-performance web and desktop applications while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and real-time communication efficiency. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that power our core products. Your expertise in React, Vite, Electron, WebSockets, and MQTT will be critical in building real-time, responsive applications, while your knowledge of CI/CD, testing frameworks, and cloud infrastructure will help streamline our deployment processes. If you are passionate about engineering excellence, tackling complex technical challenges, and mentoring engineers, this is the role for you. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into high-quality software solutions. 
• Design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications using React, Vite, and Electron.
• Optimize and implement real-time communication systems using WebSockets and MQTT.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, ensuring automated testing and smooth deployments. 
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, SCSS, and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain unit tests and end-to-end (E2E) tests using Cypress to ensure code reliability. 
• Participate in code reviews, sharing best practices and improving overall code quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and non-production environments.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to architecture and workflows.

 

Requirements & Skills: 

• Strong proficiency in React, Vite, and Electron for building scalable applications.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, SCSS, and TypeScript. 
• Experience with real-time communication protocols (WebSockets, MQTT).
• Strong proficiency in unit testing and E2E testing frameworks (Cypress). 
• Knowledge of Go and Python is beneficial for backend integration. 
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases. 
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and experience with DevOps tools.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
