The Developer for RPA & AI will be part of the technology delivery team supporting automation initiatives across various business units. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. The position collaborates with both onshore and offshore stakeholders to deliver high quality automation aligned with enterprise security and development standards. The Developer I will support the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, testing, deployment, and post implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

RPA Responsibilities

• Participate in hands‑on development, configuration, and testing of RPA solutions to meet defined business requirements.

• Design, build, and document RPA workflows using RPA Tech Stacks ensuring maintainability and adherence to best practices.

• Monitor existing automations, troubleshoot issues, perform enhancements, and support stability across environments.

• Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, and QA teams during process assessment, testing (UAT), and deployment phases.

AI Responsibilities

• Develop and test AI/ML models and intelligent automation components to improve business processes.

• Work with machine learning, NLP, and data integration tools to build and maintain AI‑driven features.

• Troubleshoot and enhance existing AI solutions, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and usability.

 

Cross‑Functional & Project Work

• Participate in gathering functional and technical requirements and updating process design/technical design documents.

• Support project estimation, planning activities, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

• Stay updated with automation and AI industry trends to incorporate best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.

• 2–4 years of development experience with strong programming background.

• Hands‑on experience in RPA (Python, UiPath, Power Automate).

• Experience building AI solutions using machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) is an advantage.

• Experience with workflow scripting, APIs/web services, and database integrations.

• Strong communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.

• Certifications in UiPath, Power Platform, or AI/ML are highly preferred.

• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
