Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication both written and oral.
  • Work well within a team, collaborating, brainstorming, and designing solutions.
  • Be responsible for driving a software solution from origin to completion.
  • Working knowledge of software test tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with software issue/defect tracking tools.
  • Working knowledge of software configuration management tools.
  • Familiarity with both Linux and Windows.
  • Be able to draught clear and concise user’s guides, instructions, and developer manuals.
  • Effective problem solving and software debugging skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, commitment to quality and achieving deadlines.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
  • 3 year College diploma in computing science co-op program or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with C programming, Python Scripts and Test Executives.
  • Developing experience with LabWindows/CVI and NI TestStand an asset.
