Job Description Summary:

This role is responsible for driving performance, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence through strong leadership and data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate excels in coaching and development, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a strategic mindset to process improvement and team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales Support, Service Operations , and third-party service providers.
• Consultation & partnership to execute Service Operations Manager (SOM) Strategies
• Lead team meetings and facilitate effective communication across functions to ensure alignment and resolve operational challenges.

Performance & Coaching

• Set clear performance goals for both individuals and the ASC team.
• Conduct monthly 1:1s and ongoing performance conversations using the Performance Enablement framework.
• Analyze trends and metrics to inform coaching strategies, drive accountability, and improve service delivery.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track performance and key indicators.

Team Development and Operations, Process Ownership & Initiative Execution

• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Champion team capability development and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prioritize and manage system enhancements to support ASC workflows and efficiency.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements that enhance team impact.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven experience managing cross-functional communication and driving team performance.
• University Degree (Bachelor) or equivalent experience required
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools and dashboard development (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Skilled in coaching, feedback, and professional development.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Track record of gap analysis, initiative development, and execution

Pay Range:

$103,000 - $121,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
