Summary of Role:

  • for warehouse inventory optimization (wafers, aging parts and tools disposition)
  • Work with Logistics & Modules to ensure execution of parts harvest inventorization
  • Tools Line sale support (determine capacity/ tech node)
  • reporting to myself (AO department head: Louis Wong)

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Required for warehouse inventory optimization (wafers, aging parts and tools disposition)
  • Work with Logistics & Modules to ensure execution of parts harvest inventorization
  • Tools Line sale support (determine capacity/ tech node)
  • Leads complex, strategic and business critical projects or initiatives
  • Coaches and mentors less experienced staff; influences others as a technical leader
  • Participates in and leads cross-functional teams across sites

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Required Qualifications: 

  • Education – Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines
  • Experience - Minimum of 8 years of industrial engineering or process/equipment engineering experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic and self-starter
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a global matrixed team or environment
  • Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization and experience in working with external constituencies
  • Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments
  • Experience in cost reduction activities
  • Travel - Up to 10%
  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • M.S. or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines
  • Direct experience in advanced semiconductor device manufacturers or foundries
  • Direct experience working with tool suppliers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning & organizational skills

Expected Salary Range

$104,000.00 - $198,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
