Summary of Role:

We are seeking a technically proficient Business Analyst / Solution Owner with extensive experience in Back-End-of-Line (BEOL) semiconductor processes, post-fab operations, and MES and manufacturing systems automation. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of industry experience, with a proven ability to align manufacturing operations and IT systems by converting complex process requirements into scalable, high-impact digital solutions. Exposure to Advanced Packaging processes and operations is a plus, and candidates with relevant knowledge in this area will be favorably considered.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Advanced Packaging Back-End-of-Line (BEOL) and Post-Fab operations within MES and integrated manufacturing systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and production requirements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, engineering, and manufacturing operations to ensure solutions are well-integrated and meet comprehensive functional and technical needs.
• Lead engagement with the Post-Fab business team to analyze, gather and document current post-fab MES requirements, in preparation for migrating and converge those requirements into the new combined front-end and back-end MES system.
• May involve in software development, including requirements, business rule translation, system design, coding and testing.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or other relevant technical degree.
  BS + 8 years of experience or
  MS + 6-7 years or
  PhD + 4-5 years

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with proven expertise in computer-integrated manufacturing, operations automation, and system transformation within back-end wafer fabrication environments.

• Skills: Some experience with programming languages such as C, C++, or Java would be a great advantage.
• Project Management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Fluency in English Language – Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning & organizational skills.
• Travel – Up to 10%

Expected Salary Range

$92,500.00 - $167,000.00
