Project Manager GTM Coverage Design and Productivity
The GTM Coverage Design and Productivity Team oversees HP's Sales Coverage Strategy. This involves defining optimal use of sales roles, their enablement needs, and market engagement to promote sales playbooks, role definitions, and optimize sales coverage approaches for efficiency and impact.
The Project Manager for the GTM Coverage Design and Productivity is responsible for planning activities, ensuring timely completion, coordinating resources, managing stakeholder communications, and mitigating risks to achieve project goals. The Project Manager works with cross-functional teams and the Market Sales Organizations to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
This role is responsible for the project management, process enhancement and capabilities optimization driving adaptability, scalability, and alignment in critical processes and capabilities. The role uses data-driven insights and collaborates with stakeholders to manage risks and guide continuous improvement..
Responsibilities
• Transforms critical organizational processes and capabilities to become adaptable, scalable, and strategically aligned.
• Collects and analyzes data to measure process performance and uses insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, feedback, and requirements for process improvements.
• Explores and implements innovative project management and quality improvement methodologies, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of industry best practices.
• Documents processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure that standardized processes are followed throughout the organization and updates documentation as processes evolve.
• Identifies and assesses potential risks associated with process changes and develops mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of process disruptions.
• Stays current with industry best practices and emerging trends in process management and mentors junior team members.
•Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall as appropriate.
•Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in business operations, business process improvement, change management, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects
