Job Summary:

Under close supervision, this position provides key support for functional groups, including performance of a wide variety of specialized administrative functions involving compiling and arranging documents for distribution, making computations, mass uploading of information to internal and external systems, processing and coding documents, and maintaining specialized and comprehensive records and filing.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute correspondence to external customers.

• Compile and Construct data for reporting for monthly accessorial updates.

• Communicate with people within and outside of the organization (answer questions, address concerns, resolve basic problems, etc.).

• Compile, copy, sort, and maintain files and records.

• Distribute/Track outgoing correspondence to external customers for return compliance.

• Maintain a working knowledge of organization and/or department procedures to ensure quality results.

• Maintain/Retrieve/Manage information for efficiency, accuracy, and quality results.

• Process, sort, and route outgoing mail.

• Provide administrative support to the department by resolving problems, maintaining workflow, and compiling information.

• Compile and construct data for reporting for monthly accessorial updates.

• Understand and implement administrative systems, procedures, policies, and practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification:

High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years combination of education, experience and training.

Preferred Qualification:

Associates degree in Business Administration/Management or Transportation Logistics related field with at least 1 year of experience

Compensation:

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.  This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
