Salesforce Developer (PMD – Code Quality & DevOps) a Salesforce Developer who brings strong development expertise on the Salesforce platform along with solid DevOps and code quality experience. In this role, you will focus on building scalable solutions, ensuring adherence to development standards, and improving overall code quality using PMD and other tooling. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and configuration tools (App Builder / Developer I). • Implement and maintain static code analysis using PMD, including creation of custom rules to enforce best practices. • Support DevOps processes using GitLab and Docker, ensuring smooth CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments. • Apply Salesforce security best practices including OLS and RLS (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and Apex-based sharing). • Contribute to code governance and quality frameworks across projects. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions. Required Skills & Experience • Hands-on Salesforce configuration and customization experience. • Experience with Static Code Analysis tools - PMD strongly preferred. • Good knowledge of DevOps frameworks, version control (GitLab), and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with Node.js / TypeScript development. • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and secure coding practices. Nice to Have • Docker or container-based deployment experience. • Experience building custom PMD rules. • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, App Builder).
