Summary: We’re looking for 5+ years of experience with strong full stack experience in software design and implementation, including being able to exploit coding languages to solve complex problems. You’ll also need to be capable of complex requirements analysis capture and validation against and with business and systems requirements. Additionally, you’ll demonstrate: • Experience with the Appian application suite, executing unit test Designer, report building • Experience with process models & design, SAIL or JAVA development languages, expression rules and CDT • Experience in designing and developing integrations with 3rd party systems • Experience of leading the implementation of programming best practice, especially around scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, availability and performance. • Sound collaboration skills with the ability to working in an agile team and our business partners to produce great solutions. • Applied experience of information security policies and practices within the financial sector • Strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple way Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand the application requirements. - Develop application components according to the specified requirements. - Test and debug the application to ensure its functionality and performance. - Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Appian Process Automation. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Appian Process Automation. - Knowledge of Appian best practices and design patterns. - Experience with integrating Appian with other systems and platforms. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Appian Process Automation. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
