Summary:
As a Modernization Engineer, a typical day involves designing and validating innovative hosting solutions that are both agile and cost-efficient. The role focuses on creating scalable and high-performance environments tailored to support contemporary corporate and digital applications. This includes working extensively with cloud technologies to transform and migrate legacy infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced business capabilities. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with evolving business needs, driving forward next-generation outcomes through strategic modernization efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in hosting architectures to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure smooth migration and transformation of legacy systems.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and innovative approaches within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and infrastructure design.
- Experience in developing and deploying scalable applications in cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance in distributed systems.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies to support modern hosting solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
