Job Description Summary:

The Senior Analyst, EMEA & APAC is responsible for supporting tax compliance, reporting, and planning related to the Group of companies operations. This position is ideal for an ambitious tax professional who seeks variety and an opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and dynamic tax department at an entrepreneurial and rapidly-growing company.
Applications are open to candidates residing in Lithuania (remote or hybrid options available).

Responsibilities:

• ​Assist in preparation and submission of Corporate Tax, VAT / GST / Sales Tax, WHT returns for entities in the EMEA and APAC regions.

• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.

• Manage tax audits and inquiries from the Tax Authorities.

• Prepare tax reconciliations.

• Support the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions.

• Provide tax advice on business transactions and projects.

• Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to optimize the company's tax position.

• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of tax compliance and reporting.

• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to automate tax processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting, 2-3 in tax accounting / compliance (in-house tax experience considered as advantage).

• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations in the EMEA and APAC regions.

• Experience with tax compliance software and ERP systems (experience with Oracle considered as advantage).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Detail-oriented team player, with strong organization and communication skills.

• Ability to research, comprehend, and communicate complex tax technical issues.

• Ability to work independently, as well as a part of a high-performing team, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

Annual salary range for this position is between €43,235.00 - €64,852.00 gross before taxes.

Salary range applies only to candidates in Lithuania

Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
