Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications are designed with scalability and maintainability in mind to support future business growth.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Strong understanding of access control frameworks and security protocols within enterprise applications.
- Experience in configuring and managing user roles, permissions, and security policies in Workday HCM environments.
- Ability to analyze security requirements and implement solutions that align with organizational compliance standards.
- Familiarity with integration of security features across various modules to ensure seamless user experience.
- Skilled in identifying potential security risks and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
