Purpose: The Associate Director, Global Strategic Marketing – INLEXZO reports to the Sr Director, Global Commercial Strategy – INLEXZO. The Associate Director is responsible for leading and supporting the commercial strategy, launch excellence, and LCM efforts for Gem-iDRS.

The role will contribute to optimizing the value of our global J&J Bladder Cancer portfolio, by collaboration with key functions across the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO) and J&J business regions.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support development and implementation of overarching bladder portfolio strategy and how INLEXZO and iDRS plays critical role in establishing J&J as a leader in this space
  • Coordinate with key cross-functional partners (Medical Affairs, Market Access, MR, Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, regions) to ensure insights are embedded into strategies.
  • Lead and support commercial strategy, launch excellence driven through capturing and embedding regional insights and learnings into future market launches and strategy
  • Partner with Medical, Marketing and Market Access and regions to ensure continuous learning and market readiness for the launch of SR1 & SR5/SR3 & coordinate with business partners to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
  • Develop Account Solutions to support expanded capacity for patient access
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to expand treater base through tools development, education, and INLEXZO resources to support broadening indications
  • Partner across a diverse matrix of business partners to optimize key project deliverables and ensure alignment across the portfolio.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Education:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Postgraduate qualification, PhD, MBA, or other graduate degree is strongly preferred

Required:

  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
  • An ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, lead teams, gain alignment and driving decision making is required.
  • Ability to understand, interpret and communicate commercial and competitive implications of complex technical/clinical/regulatory data as well as MR, RWE and regional feedback is required.

Preferred:

  • A minimum of 3 years demonstrated in-line marketing, market access, marketing support, insights & analytics or sales management/training experience executing marketing strategy is preferred.
  • Product launch and experience is preferred.

Other:

  • This position is based in Raritan, NJ and will require up to 25% domestic and international travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).





Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
