Manage and direct territory and account activities to maximize opportunities for business growth including establishing and managing individual sales budgets to support country sales volume & profit targets
Develop and maintain relationships with key local architects, designers and end users to generate Interface specifications on targeted large projects
Work with and manage distribution channels to ensure competitive pricing and delivery on Interface Global accounts and Interface specified projects.
Manage the Malaysia Distribution channel to ensure development of business opportunities to support attainment of country sales & profit objectives.
Maintain monthly business reviews with Carpet, LVT and Nora rubber Distributors. Identify local marketing and business development priorities.
Mange and coordinate marketing activity within Malaysia, supported by regional marketing, to ensure new product releases and other key branding activities are delivered into the Malaysia market to support business objectives.
Ensure up to date CRM database which enables accurate forecasting, customer and opportunity management.
Build a positive relationship with local Distributors such that they see value this role brings to their business
Ensure all reporting is delivered on time and ensure SEA Commercial Director is kept up to date with all market activity that could affect Interface Malaysia, ability to achieve business goals.
