About the team

The Associate Specialist, Platform Sales, Aryeo supports adoption of Aryeo’s media management tools by helping real estate agents, teams, and enterprises streamline their photo, video, and content workflows through our integrated platform solutions. In this entry-level role, you execute well-defined sales support and outreach activities, maintain accurate account and activity data, and coordinate with senior sellers and cross-functional partners to deliver a smooth customer experience from initial interest through basic onboarding.

About the role

- Execute defined outreach and follow-up activities (email, phone, and in-product) to support pipeline generation and drive adoption of Aryeo’s media management tools among agents, teams, and brokerages. - Guide prospective and existing customers through standard product overviews and basic demonstrations, highlighting how Aryeo streamlines media storage, organization, and delivery within their existing workflows. - Capture, update, and maintain accurate customer and activity data in designated systems to support forecasting, reporting, and handoffs to senior sales and account partners. - Coordinate with senior Platform Sales teammates and cross-functional partners (such as operations and support) to schedule meetings, prepare materials, and ensure smooth transitions between sales stages. - Respond to routine customer questions using established resources, escalating more complex issues to appropriate internal teams to ensure timely resolution and a positive customer experience. - Monitor individual activity metrics and team priorities, adjusting daily work to meet defined volume, quality, and responsiveness expectations for a P1 sales support role.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $20.00 - $32.00 hourly. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia the standard base pay range for this role is $19.00 - $30.40 hourly. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 0–2 years of experience in sales, account support, customer success, or another customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or technology-enabled services. - Experience using standard productivity and collaboration tools (for example, email, spreadsheets, and video conferencing) in a professional or academic setting. - Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
