The Program Manager, Global Training Strategy provides strategic consulting and support to the execution of the Global Training and Development strategy workstreams with an emphasis on Training and Dev strategy development & execution. Planning, Business Partnering, and Continuous Improvement.

This role will provide strategic and influential leadership to multiple workstreams and team members, setting objectives and deliverables aligned with the strategic vision and coordinating teams’ efforts to deliver on objectives. By partnering with counterparts in the Strategy & Execution team and the Workstream Leads, the role will ensure synergies across all strategy workstreams are maximized. It will also ensure collaboration and interconnectivity across workstreams and alignment on objectives, while providing thought leadership and driving teams to deliver the future state Operating Model and deeper strategic insights to drive profitable growth. This role will help develop and support the future state centers of excellence that are a key component of our Operating Model.

What You Will Do (Main job duties will include but are not limited to_:

  • Reporting:
    • Support Training Development definition of winning reporting simplification and data digitization team and drive alignment on outcome metrics
    • Create a process to inventory and prioritize ideas for simplification & data digitization including assessment of impact & effort & timing
  • Forecasting & Planning:
    • Inventory as-is forecasting & planning processes, deliverables and timeline across all divisions and regions.
    • Support development of the end-state Training and development process and how it will integrate with Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) processes and operating models.
  • Business Partnering, New Services Development (“NSD”) & Business Proposal:
    • Catalog the multiple Business Partnering activities and matching them to Voice of Customer and Dealer feedback to ensure alignment.
    • Gather voice of the customer to identify, inventory and prioritize business partnering opportunities to drive profitable growth
    • Analyze the detailed NSD projects and own T&D workstreams, business analysis & Business Proposal timeline, process, and output across all divisions and regions; identify pain points and determine where design changes are required
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Create sustainable process to inventory all current and future planned strategy projects to prioritize and align resources across the portfolio
    • Develop process to grow and embed continuous improvement and lean capabilities across the Global Finance organization

What You Have (Basic Qualifications):

  • This position requires a deep expert level experience of strategic analysis, problem solving, business acumen and governance experience. The incumbent must have a global background and global mentality.
  • The position requires excellent interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
  • Must demonstrate strengths in leadership, initiative, innovation, delegation, judgment, planning and organizing, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management, as well as with team members. Demonstrated ability to engage directly with senior leaders and present data-based recommendations to drive consensus and action.
  • Skilled in conducting comprehensive data analyses, utilizing advanced research techniques to gather and analyze industry information and trends. Capable of synthesizing large datasets and extracting actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely across all levels of the organization, facilitating seamless collaboration and alignment.
