Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Check forecast and update PO/VC information in the system as required.
• Coordinate with shipper to confirm cargo readiness and obtain shipment detail.
• Handle booking process upon receipt of SO and communicate with carriers to secure space and sailing schedules in accordance with routing guide.
• CFS planning, control allocation, and optimize resources to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Release booking confirmation to shipper and work with the CFS warehouse to ensure smooth operation.
• Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions and VGM to carriers; issue HBL/FCR to shippers.
• Ensure ISF/AMS filing and related data entry (CW1/OW) are completed accurately and on time
• Request and audit shipping documents carefully to prevent clearance delays at destination.
• Track & trace shipments and update if any delays.
• Review billing details to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze reports as required, support team leader to monitor performance, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Work Experience / Education:

• University Graduation in related field.
• Having experience (3-5 years) in freight forwarding.
• Good computer literacy
• Good oral & written communication skill in Vietnamese & English
• Have teamwork attitude & problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Diligent, detail oriented
