1 Position Available at Charter Casting — 2900 E Richmond St, Shawano, WI 54166

​General Warehouse | 1st Shift (Monday to Friday) | $24.75/Hr

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts.

• Conduct cycle counts and resolve stock‑out issues.

• Receive, put away, and restock warehouse materials.

• Coordinate part repairs and source acceptable alternatives.

• Pick up and deliver parts to vendors as needed.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.

• Support team operations and provide quality customer service.

• Complete additional duties as assigned.

What you'll bring:

• High School Diploma or GED (we can help through our FREE GED works program!)

• Experience using Microsoft Excel - a must have!

• Ability to read and understand instructions and measurements

• Basic math skills, and computer skills.

• Forklift operation experience

• Minimum 6 months experience in Warehouse or related field

• ISO experience or training preferred

Physical Requirements

• Frequent: Foot and hand use, reaching, sitting, standing, lifting up to 60 lbs
