The Director of Business Development will drive business development and sales to increase market share through the creation of effective partnerships and strategies with new and existing FORTNA customers. This role gathers initial customer needs and collaborates with FORTNA engineering, execution, manufacturing, and solution development teams to provide the best solution to the customer.
As a Business Development Director, you drive the standard that every interaction is unique, and the well-being of the customer is paramount. You recognize that relationships matter and that the key to any relationship is to truly and empathetically understand the customer’s perspective. At FORTNA, we ensure our focus is understanding the needs of our customers and you will be instrumental in making this happen.
