Job Description
The Physical Security Associate Manager is responsible for management of daily security operations of the Executive Protection Program.The Physical Security Associate Manager is responsible for management of daily security operations of the Executive Protection Program.
Key Responsibilities
Primary provider of executive security support for Allstate's CEO in the Chicago area, as well as, when traveling domestically and internationally
Conducting senior leader travel assessments, event assessments and Duty of Care security briefings
Schedules and deploys security vendors to provide protective security services, domestically and internationally
Oversees the budget, operation and maintenance of executive motor vehicles and associated equipment
Ensures and conducts the safe and cost-effective transport of executive personnel
Manages projects of critical importance related to leasing, purchasing, insurance and related record keeping for fleet vehicles and executive compensation reporting
Directs the implementation of new programs and initiatives related to the safety and security of our executive personnel, as well as, external Board of Directors
Responsible for complex issues related to strategic planning, departmental budgeting and onboarding/offboarding of executive protection team members
Receives, processes, approves executive and executive vehicle security support related invoices
Responsible for professional expertise and managing of domestic and international Duty of Care program components
Actively tracks relative details, including telematics on all executive vehicles
Oversight of contract security resources
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Required)
Experience
• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job has supervisory duties.
Position locations are in Chicago, IL and Suburban Northbrook, IL.
Flexible work hours are required including weekends and holidays.
Required domestic and international travel.
Must have a valid passport.

Compensation offered for this role is $74,240.00 - 134,060.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
