As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or stages within the product lifecycle. The role includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand project needs and applying a comprehensive understanding of technologies, methodologies, and tools to deliver effective software solutions. This position requires continuous engagement with the project environment to ensure that software components are aligned with client expectations and operational goals, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and system configurations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimize project delays.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Ability to analyze and optimize software performance within complex systems.
- Experience in applying various software development methodologies and tools.
- Capability to adapt to evolving technologies and project requirements efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Openlink Endur.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
