What the Role Entails

• Advise Tencent’s game business teams on legal and business issues.
• Negotiate, draft, and review IP licensing agreements, service agreements, advertising agreements and other general commercial agreements.
• Ensure compliance with US, European, and other international laws and regulations dealing with gaming and intellectual property.
• Cooperate with other Tencent attorneys based in Asia, Europe and the US.
• Manage outside counsels.

Who We Look For

• Education: Juris Doctor, LLM, or Chinese law degree.
• Strong transactional and technology licensing experience.
• 3+ years’ work experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Admitted to relevant bar.
• Working Language: Mandarin Chinese and English.
