Program Specialist, Retail Media Network Services – Denver, Colorado

In this role, you’ll work with the Program Leader and channel stakeholders to define and execute key strategic programs that will drive our business goals. You’ll be part of the Retail Media Network Team, reporting to the Group Leader – Program Management – RMN, who are working across a variety of key initiative portfolios to deliver operational excellence, exceptional agent and consumer experiences, and planned business outcomes. 


Role Responsibilities

  • Support innovative, complex programs within the Retail Media Network business
  • Accountable for program business results (hardware deployment logistics/customer coordination/customer satisfaction/etc.)
  • Own and drive delivery of operational support, logistical support, partner support, reporting, marketing support, and other projects
  • Effectively collaborate across various channels and cross-functional teams to drive the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs
  • Develop effective and efficient processes to support internal and external customers
  • Communicate issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner for leadership consumption, escalating blocking issues risking milestone delivery
     

Role Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a service, operations, business development, project or program management or other business role in the Financial Services or similar industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field
  • Service-oriented mindset with propensity for finding unique solutions to business challenges
  • Ability to navigate a global organization
  • Team player who works well collaborating with other team members
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and detailed
  • Comfortable multi-tasking many responsibilities concurrently
  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills
  • Bilingual is a plus

Salary
The salary range is $67,500.00 – 95,00.00 per year. his role is also eligible to receive a short-term incentive bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
