Partner with loan officers to provide assistance in coordinating the processing of new loan requests, renewals and refinances of Commercial, Consumer and Real Estate loans. Responsible for making sure the loan types are conforming to lending policy and regulatory guidelines. Will communicate with customers, staff, counsel, title companies, etc. to coordinate assigned closings. Responsible for reviewing the final loan documentation prior to delivery to loan officer. Will be a mentor and train other associates. Other duties as assigned. 5 + years Commercial, Consumer and Real Estate Loan Coordinating experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Understanding of Article 9 Understanding of RESPA & Regulation Z compliance Understanding of Corporate Organizational documentation Understanding of loan documentation and loan structure Strong analytical skills Demonstrated ability to train others Ability to read and interpret the loan approval memorandum Strong team work skills General Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

Compensation Range:

$51,480.00 - $99,330.00
