Location: Maple Tree Warehouse, No. 3 Street, VSIP 2, Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong (No shuttle bus service)

Daily operation:

  • Monitor all daily warehouse operational activities, including inbound, outbound, and returns processes, to ensure smooth workflow, system accuracy, and compliance with SLA and customer delivery commitments

  • Instruct, guide, and provide on-the-job training for warehouse staff to ensure strict compliance with SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and productivity targets

  • Interact with customers to understand their business requirements, order profiles, peak volumes, cut-off times, and special handling specifications

  • Provide customer support in escalated operational situations, coordinate internal teams to resolve issues quickly, and manage overall daily workflow to maintain service level performance

  • Support managers in organizing, planning, and implementing daily operations, manpower deployment, shift arrangements, and continuous improvement initiatives

Project developing

  • Joining new project to set up operation process, standardize procedure, work instruction for operation.

  • Propose and deploy improvement theme to improve operation efficiency.

End results

  • Meet customer KPI and Department KPI

  • All inbound and outbound shipments are planned and catchup customer’s requirement

  • Customers satisfaction

Accountabilities:

  • Achieve KPI of operations

  • Meet business target

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification/Certification:

  • Preferably with Professional Certification

Experience:

  • Preferable to 3-4 years of professional experience in contract logistics/distribution center operations

  • Solid experience in managing the sizable team

  • Analytical and strategic thinking

  • Strong customer mindset

  • Result-orientated, good business sense, and hands-on

  • Proactive, detail-minded, and continuous improvement

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS

  • Good English communication skills ( verbal & written )
