About the Role

Report to: Call Center Management, Specialist
Location: Ho Chi Minh
Function: Customer & Information Technology | Department: Customer Office, Customer Care
Type: Individual Contributor

THE OPPORTUNITY:

To provide the best service to Customers and avoid increasing calls excessive, we need to recruit Call Center Assistant position with the following main objective:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous support while following company policies, procedures and meet Call Center KPI

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide service updates or other project.
  • Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot problems effectively.
  • Provide information about products, services, promotions, and policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to superior or appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Follow scripts, guidelines, and compliance regulations as required.
  • Maintain a positive, gentle and professional demeanor while handling high call volumes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computer skills & good in typing

  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.

  • Customer service experience is a plus.

  • High school diploma
