As an HR Intern, you will become part of our HR team, supporting a fast-growing international organization. You will gain valuable experience across multiple HR topics while working closely with experienced HR professionals.

Your Role in Our Story: 

In essence, your role involves:

• Assisting with onboarding activities for new hires
• Helping maintain and update HR systems and employee records
• Supporting HR projects related to employee engagement, learning & development, or employee branding
• Assisting with internal communication and HR initiatives
• Providing general administrative support to the HR team

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on, real world HR experience in a fast-paced international trading environment. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain exposure to various HR projects.

Your Expertise: 

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
• Available for a full-time internship for a duration of 5 - 6 months
• Available to work from our HQ office in Amsterdam Zuidas with flexibility regarding university classes 
• Preference will be given to candidates who are eligible to work in Netherlands
• Organized, proactive and detail-oriented
• A strong communication with a people-focus mindset
• Fluent in English. Dutch and/or additional languages are plus
• Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment
