The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager in a flexible program management role, with an initial scope to drive retention & programs across the JAPAC geo. This role will partner with our Retention Sales & Operations teams , who are responsible for attrition risk management, renewals and upsell.
This role requires aligning programs to our key areas of impact and priority, being able to design and scale processes, and manage complex stakeholders across the entire Adobe ecosystem. You will lead all aspects of the program's health, drive progress, and be able to confidently present insights. We value curiosity, a passion for learning, and a growth mindset. What You'll Do:
Operational Rigor: Drive a culture of excellence and accountability, ensuring all programs are delivered in a timely way, within scope, and to a high standard.
Anticipates & Mitigate Risks: Goes beyond status reporting to drive issues to resolution by anticipating risks and developing risk mitigation strategies.
Program Planning: Develop a standard program structure, whilst maintaining the ability to adapt and adjust accordingly depending on the initiative and any shifts in strategic direction
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all projects.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure projects and initiatives are aligned to JAPAC’s strategic objectives and business outcomes.

What You Need to Succeed:
Experience in a Program Management or similar environment with sound understanding of project management methodologies and industry-standard processes.
Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with the ability to advocate a course of action.
Ability to drive process improvements and champion a culture of operational excellence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a self-starter attitude with a bias to action.
Experience working across matrixed organizations to achieve common goals, initiatives, and drive growth.
