About Our Program
You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.
As a JD Star Graduate Account Manager, you won’t just be managing existing relationships—you will be the driving force expanding our Joybuy cross-border marketplace ecosystem. You will scout, pitch, negotiate with, and onboard top-tier brands and merchants across Europe, helping them navigate complex international e-commerce landscapes. We’ll be sure to give you the learning and support you need to thrive in this is a high-impact, fast-paced commercial role that blends data analytics with proactive sales execution.
