Position Summary

Job Description Summary
1. Maximize revenue and profit by setting sales strategies and plans that focuses on the assigned region/market based on the sales strategies.
2. Build the foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit by providing continued support through communication with the assigned region/market.

Role and Responsibilities

[Product roadmap development] Lead the strategy for the product portfolio by considering market needs and competitiveness.

[Product strategy development] Lead the development of product differentiation plan and positioning strategy based on company, competitor and market analysis and direct the definitions of the specifications.

[New business area identification] Develop strategies for new products, services and business by deriving insights from the customer and company's perspective.

[Future technology and mid- to long-term strategy development] Direct the preparation of advanced technologies and investment direction based on the mid- to long-term commercialization concept and roadmap and lead securing of the business capability for the future.

Skills and Qualifications

• Leads Part in a smaller Line of Business with global breadth or in small subsidiaries and develops short-term & mid-term strategy

• Works on issues that impact the success of business or addresses future concepts, products or technologies

• Creates formal networks with key decision-makers and may serve as an external spokesperson for the organization

• Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions may frequently involve special skills such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior-level leaders regarding significant matters to the organization

• In charge of development, coaching, evaluating team members within the part

Preferences:

  • At least 12 – 15 years in Product Marketing

  • Can be a Marketing head or a Director already

  • From FMCG and/ or Telco background

  • Personality: resilient, can work extra hours

  • Good leadership
