Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking the position of RCA Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Essential Responsibilities:

The RCA (Risk, Compliance, and Audit) Manager will be responsible for leading a team in the development of insightful and actionable reporting for a wide range of audiences, including operations units, business lines, executives, and the board.  The RCA Manager is responsible for developing, building, and executing the data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence vision and roadmap for their department.  They establish protocols to support operational and risk metrics, define thresholds, and organize data extraction and aggregation routines to simplify the complexity of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).  The RCA Manager collaborates with groups outside of TPRM to ensure that metrics, routines, and reporting align with overall risk management protocols.  Essential responsibilities of the RCA Manager include: coaching, team building and management of daily operations to ensure the team is effectively operating and creating meaningful reports that provide insight that leads to action; establishing and executing upon the Reporting & Analytics vision and roadmap for the department; driving strong data quality, data governance and automation routines; performing thematic analysis of third party data to develop insights and executive-level presentations; partnership and relationship building within TPRM and across business lines to meet reporting and data analysis objectives; partner with risk and technology teams to understand third party connectivity across systems such as Archer(eGRC), Agiloft (CLM) ServiceNow, Beeline (Contingent workers), Workday (HR/Finance), ATLAS (Complaints), Fusion (Resilience), etc.; build / partner with appropriate teams to build data warehouse / data marts / data lakes to aid in expedited reporting and analytics; lead / manage teams to produce the following types of reports: Board Reporting (Critical Activity, Contracts, Portfolio Health, etc.), Risk Committee (Critical Third Parties, KRIs, Risk Acceptances, Events, etc.), and Operational Reports (pipeline, spend, SLOs, etc.).  Position may allow working from home within a commuting distance from worksite location.  Multiple Positions.

Basic Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or Information Technology plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience designing, automating, and maintaining reports and associated processes to support operational and strategic decision-making within the banking industry

Required Skills/Experience:
Must possess 5 years of experience with all of the following: ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all reporting activities; leveraging industry-standard tools and technologies to streamline reporting workflows and improve data accessibility for stakeholders; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and implement scalable, automated solutions.  Must possess 2 years of experience with all of the following: leading a team focused on developing, implementing, and maintaining Third Party Risk Management (TRPM) reporting and analytics; managing risk reporting processes and delivering actionable insights to multiple stakeholders; developing and implementing a comprehensive reporting and analytics strategy to effectively identify, assess, and monitor third-party risks; developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive reporting frameworks and dashboards to effectively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to risk, compliance, and audit activities; developing, implementing, and maintaining Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and a Risk Appetite Framework (RAF) to effectively measure, monitor, and report the risk posture across various business units; collaborating with business leaders to align risk metrics with organizational objectives and ensure timely identification and escalation of risk exposures; assessing and enhancing reporting and analytics processing to ensure regulatory compliance, improve data integrity, and strengthen risk assessment methodologies aligned with banking industry standards and regulatory requirements; SAS Business Intelligence Platform; Tableau; Financial Industry Data Visualization and Reporting; Enterprise Risk Management; and Archer (eGRC) Intelligent Automation.
