About the Position:
Epic Travel is looking for a Client Services Support Specialist who will provide specialized administrative and operational support for the client services department of a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to support and enhance candidate placement efficiency. This position follows a night shift schedule and operates under a remote work setup, with some days required on-site.

What You'll Do:

  • Support client services by reviewing candidate profiles and ensuring credentials are complete before submission. 

  • Assist the client services team in submitting candidate profiles to clients via email and/or Vendor Management Systems.

  • Assists with the preparation and posting of job requisitions across various platforms.

  • Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication. 

  • Maintain and update candidate records in internal systems with accuracy and completeness. 

  • Assist with credentialing by collecting and uploading required documents for compliance. 

  • Provides administrative support to the Client Services team on MSP and Direct Contract workflows, assisting with documentation, tracking contract status, and ensuring all agreements are accurately completed and maintained across systems.

  • Conduct follow-ups on candidate submissions via email or phone calls and provide status updates to the client services team.

  • Track interview feedback and support candidate engagement efforts. 

  • Help identify candidates for open positions using internal systems. 

  • Manage client service managers’ inboxes, track candidate starts and assist with client communications. 

  • Provide backup support and forward critical messages when client services managers are out.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to support client needs and hiring processes. 

  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and other administrative tasks. 

  • Participate in cross-training initiatives and provide support across teams, assisting designated team members or groups as needed.

What You Bring:

  • One year of related experience or college degree.

  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language as required for effective performance of job duties.

  • Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.

  • Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.

  • Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization. 

  • Obtain facts and data pertaining to an issue or question.

  • Make quality decisions and meet timeliness of those decisions.

  • Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time.
