Responsibilities

•  Manage different portals and direct-to-consumer marketplaces.
•  Coordination and direct relationship with aggregators
•  Ensure payment and reconciliation of purchases and sales of devices and associated logistics services.
•  Coordination with different internal areas of the company (Finance, Legal, Operations).
•  Coordination with customers and end consumers regarding purchase and sales processes.
•  Logistics coordination with transport companies and logistics operators (shipment and reception of equipment). 
•  Device after-sales management.
•  Create, generate and maintain the necessary dashboards, reporting and KPIs for the Supply Chain and Disposition area.

  This job is responsible for the management and coordination of the purchase, sale and logistics of mobile devices for the different programs in the Andean Region (Chile, Peru and Colombia). He is also responsible for generating Supply Chain and Disposition dashboards and reports for the region.
