A Day in the Life

Wir bieten Ihnen eine Position, in der Sie unseren Bereich Contracting & Pricing in der Angebotsentwicklung und Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen unterstützen. Sie fungieren als Experte für Preissysteme und Berater zur Unterstützung des lokalen Pricing-Teams.

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:

• Preishinterlegungen im System für die Geschäftsbereiche in zum Teil komplexen Preisstrukturen und -hierachien
• Analyse von Kundenpreisen und Ableitung taktischer Handlungsempfehlungen für Sales-Verantwortliche in Bezug auf die Umsetzbarkeit von Preismodellen
• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Preisverhandlungen
• Kontinuierliche Betreuung von Mengenmonitorings
• Szenario- und Impactanalysen
• Management von Preislisten für Einzel- sowie Großkunden
• Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Customer Care, Legal und anderen Funktionsbereichen
• Teilnahme an nationalen wie internationalen Projekten

Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Customer Service, Preismanagement und/oder der Angebotserstellung
• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Word/Excel)
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Idealerweise: Gute Kenntnisse in SAP
• Selbständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Offenheit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
• Analytische Stärken sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu verstehen
• Ausgeprägte Service- und Lösungsorientierung

Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung im Pricing und Kenntnisse des Gesundheitsmarktes mit. Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem Großkonzern mit Matrixstrukturen ist ein weiterer Vorteil.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
