The Opportunity

This position works out of our Abbott Park, IL location in the Nutrition Division.

This position has a unique combination of FP&A and systems integration to facilitate Abbott Nutrition’s (AN’s) Planning and Actuals reporting process by leveraging AN’s global planning system, Planful. This position is a key partner for the LBE/Plan and monthly actuals process providing support to both AN management and the broader global user base.

What You’ll Work On

• Month-end close processing as well as RLBE/Plan cycles.
• Trusted business partner for the AN Global Planning system, Planful 2.0.
• Assist in training and documentation for Planful including coordination of AN specific training sessions.
• Monitoring the AN Planful inbox and providing prompt solutions to internal business partners.
• Act as a liaison between AN Finance and IT surrounding Planful related inquiries.
• Interact with all levels of management and cross-functional areas including, but not limited to: AN IT, AN Financial Services, Master Data Governance, US and International Commercial organizations, R&D, and Supply Chain.
• Adhoc analysis for the AN business.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline is required.
• 4+ years of financial experience and/or systems-related experience. International experience is a plus.
• This position will provide necessary support in furthering application development or modification efforts as needed.
• This position requires effective organizational skills and a strong willingness to learn the systems side of Finance.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidate must also possess excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and customer relations skills to support interactions with various disciplines and experience levels within AN Finance.

The base pay for this position is

$75,300.00 – $150,700.00
